  • Registered Society with 3+ years of activity
  • Public Trust with 3+ years of activity
  • Section 8 Company with 3+ years of activity
  • NGO registered under Section 12A & 80G
  • Entities established specifically for CSR by companies
  • Central/State Government-established bodies
Note: NGOs without a 3-year track record can still apply if established specifically by a company to carry out its CSR activities.
